Citrus junos

doTERRA Yuzu oil is steam distilled from the peel of the fruit, producing a bright, zesty, citrus and faintly floral aroma. The oil is derived from the yuzu tree, a hardy hybrid that produces unique yellow citrus fruit that resembles oranges or tangerines with uneven skin. Of East Asian origin, yuzu was used for years in ritualistic hot baths in Japan as early as the 18th century and is rich in antioxidants. It is naturally high in limonene compared to other citrus oils and can help promote brighter-looking skin. Bathing in the fruit was believed to treat the skin, warm the body and refresh the mind.

Directions for Use


For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil. For topical use only.
